Drilling Data

Data Description

Filo Corp has compiled a collection of digital data that relates to drilling and exploration at their Filo del Sol Project ("The Dataset"), that is available for download on the Filo del Sol Project page at filocorp.com.

The Dataset includes drilling assay results on a sample-by-sample basis, previously disclosed as summaries or composite intervals within Filo Corp News Releases, in addition to results from historical drill campaigns. While Filo Corp has made best efforts to validate and verify the data using the methods described below, the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of The Dataset cannot be guaranteed. Users are advised to exercise caution and discretion in relying on the information contained in The Dataset for any purpose.

Full details of data sampling procedures, QA/QC programs and analytical information are contained in "NI43-101 Technical Report, Updated Prefeasibility Study" prepared by Ausenco Engineering Canada Ltd. and dated February 28, 2023 ("The Filo Technical Report"). This report is available on the Company’s website and under the Company’s profile on SEDAR+.

Qualified Person Statement

The information within The Dataset was compiled under the supervision of Bob Carmichael, P.Eng. (BC), VP Exploration Filo Corp, a ‘Qualified Person’ as defined under Canadian National Instrument 43-101.

Data Verification

Filo Corp drillhole logging and sampling programs were carried out under rigorous quality assurance / quality control programs using industry best practices. Filo Corp diamond drill holes are PQ, HQ, or NQ size core with recoveries typically above 85%. After drilling, core was cleaned, logged for geology, structure, and geotechnical characteristics, then marked for sampling and photographed on site. The cores for analyses were marked for sampling based on geological intervals with individual samples 2 m or less in length.

A total of 198 holes were drilled by a reverse circulation (RC) drill, producing RC cuttings that were sampled using a riffle splitter at the drill rig. A small split was archived in trays and logged for geological characteristics.

Sampling from drilling, sample preparation, analysis and sample security has been conducted at or above recognized industry standards applicable at the time samples were taken at Filo del Sol. More than 83% of the current RC and DDH dataset had a rigorous QA/QC protocol with blanks, standards, and laboratory duplicates. Around 5% have been checked at a second laboratory but at the time, did not have blank and standard controls. The remaining 12% of the dataset has been satisfactorily verified with duplicates. No sample appears to be misplaced or intentionally deleted from the database.

For further information regarding the drilling results, interpretations of the exploration information, estimated true width information, analytical information, and the QAQC measures please see Filo Corp news releases filed on SEDAR+ at https://www.sedarplus.ca/ and The Filo Technical Report.
